Workshop Description

In this session, Monika will teach the difference between Nose vs Mouth breathing - what happens in the body, when and why. She will also discuss Frequency Resonance Breathing (also known as slow breathing) to specially composed music and it's benefits to overall mental, emotional and physical health. We will end with an exercise that will leave you refreshed, grounded and relaxed. Let's breathe for optimal health!

About Monika

“For over 40 years, I walked the path of materialism, dancing between low and lower vibrations with occasional glimpses of what higher states feel like.

I had the freedom to make my own decisions from my early teens, following them even when it led to crisis and questioning. Breathwork took me out of misery and helped me feel truly balanced and good within myself.

Through breathwork, I've experienced higher realms, connecting with gurus, masters, starseeds and lightworkers. This practice allowed me to start a new cycle in a higher vibration. Supported by light beings, I now have a role to fulfill - guiding others who feel trapped in lower vibrations into feeling grounded and light.
